5.5 Currency. 5.6 Failed Transactions. 7.2 Wagering Requirements. 9.3 Void Bets. A bet may be voided where: (a) it was accepted in error at a manifestly incorrect price; (b) the event is abandoned, postponed, or does not take place within the specified timeframe; (c) the relevant market is suspended at the time the bet was placed due to a technical error; or (d) the bet is determined to have been placed in breach of these Terms. Voided bets are returned to Player Balance at the original stake amount.
9.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play odds move rapidly and the Platform may suspend in-play markets without notice during key match moments. Bets submitted during a market suspension will be rejected and the stake returned to Player Balance.
9.5 Maximum Payout. Sports betting winnings are subject to a maximum single-event payout limit as displayed in the sportsbook rules section. Wagers that would result in a payout exceeding this limit may be accepted at a reduced stake or declined at pk686's discretion.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk686 Platform. Breach of any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Bonus Funds, voiding of bets and winnings, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:

Real-money Player Balance representing verified deposits that are not subject to an active investigation or chargeback dispute will be returned to the verified funding source within a reasonable timeframe.
